Hi, I'm Sophie.

I built Sophit Training because every other gym I trained in felt like a punishment. I wanted a place where you could walk in, work hard, get stronger, and actually feel good about it.

Ten years coaching the Northern Beaches taught me something simple: the people who stick with it are the ones who feel they belong. So that's the room I built. Strength training, kick-boxing, HIIT and Saturday classes for every level, in a space where nobody is looking over your shoulder.

Before you book

Honest answers.

I haven't trained in years. Am I going to be the slowest in the room?

No. Every class has people at every level, and Sophie scales every exercise to where you are right now. No calling-out, no fanfare. You just train.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself, water, and clothes you can move in. We have everything else.

How early should I arrive on my first day?

Ten minutes early so Sophie can show you around and get you set up. After that, whenever suits.

Is it bookings only, or can I drop in?

Bookings only. It keeps our class sizes small and the experience personal.

Do you offer a free trial?

Grab the free 7-day starter plan above to get a feel for how we train. Your first class is the same $15 as everyone else's. No pressure pitch, no commitment.

What if I need to cancel?

No worries. Cancel up to 12 hours before your class and there is no charge.
