I built Sophit Training because every other gym I trained in felt like a punishment. I wanted a place where you could walk in, work hard, get stronger, and actually feel good about it.
Ten years coaching the Northern Beaches taught me something simple: the people who stick with it are the ones who feel they belong. So that's the room I built. Strength training, kick-boxing, HIIT and Saturday classes for every level, in a space where nobody is looking over your shoulder.

Ten minutes early so Sophie can show you around and get you set up. After that, whenever suits.
